Smart locking
Without batteries or keys.
Just a few of our great perks.
Still in doubt or have questions?
The Serea lock has been engineered with the highest quality standards in mind, ensuring durability, reliability, and long-lasting performance.
One of its standout features is that it is completely waterproof. Unlike many conventional locks that may rust, weaken, or fail when exposed to heavy rain, snow, or high humidity, the Serea lock is designed to resist water penetration entirely. This means you can rely on it to protect your bike or valuables regardless of the weather — whether you’re cycling in the rain, storing your lock outside overnight, or facing challenging environments.
With this combination of premium craftsmanship and waterresistent protection, the Serea lock is built to give you confidence and peace of mind, day after day.
Great question!
Yes — your email account is required to register yourself in the Serea App. Within the app, your account is linked both to your email address and to your Serea lock once you’ve paired it.
However, the main key to your Serea lock is actually your PUK Code Card.
So, if you’ve lost access to your email account (for example, if it was hacked), just follow these steps:
- Create a new account in the Serea App using your new email address.
- Use your PUK Code Card to pair your lock again.
- You’ll then receive a confirmation that your lock can now be opened with your new account, and that the previous account no longer has access.
That’s a great question. The Serea lock was designed as a smart and flexible security solution, which means it isn’t limited to just one type of use.
While most people will think of it first as a bike lock, its technology and design make it suitable for a wide variety of scenarios. You can use it to secure your bicycle, e-scooter, or motorcycle just as easily as a boat, a garden fence, or a gate. Thanks to its compact form and keyless operation, it can even be attached to unconventional items—yes, even something like a fridge door, if you want.
In short, Serea adapts to your needs and gives you the freedom to lock what matters most to you in a simple, secure, and battery-free way.
